What you will do

• Assist in financial planning and analysis for the Moen Americas business unit.
• Prepare financial reports and models with a focus on variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate financial data and commentary.
• Support the preparation of monthly business review presentation materials.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of monthly and quarterly financial deliverables.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Strong understanding of financial reports and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
