District Finance Manager (FP&A)

Location: Hybrid role based in Commerce, California, United States

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 annually, plus eligibility for incentive pay.

What you will do

• Partner with district General Managers and Operations Managers to support growth and responsible use of working capital, operating expenses, capital investments, and employee time.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to improve district performance and cost efficiency.
• Develop rolling forecasts and budgets and prepare monthly financial reports supporting the month-end close.
• Review sales performance, operating expenses, customer aging, inventory turns, and working capital processes.
• Support cost-saving and capital expenditure projects, including return-on-investment analysis.
• Develop tools and processes that improve finance effectiveness, district profitability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited four-year institution.
• 5–7 years of progressive Finance or Accounting experience.
• Experience with planning, forecasting, performance reporting, financial modeling, and investment evaluation.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing, with knowledge of financial statements, inventory costing, working capital, internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, organization, coaching, and influencing skills in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with SAP, OneStream, Tableau, Excel, and information-management systems.

• MBA degree.
• CPA certification.
