District Finance Manager (FP&A)

Salary: $125,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Provide reporting and analysis to drive performance improvement and cost efficiency at the district level.
• Develop rolling forecasts and budgets for the district.
• Manage monthly financial reports and support the month-end close process.
• Conduct ROI reviews for cost-saving and capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
• Analyze and report on sales performance activity and ensure data integrity of operating expenses.
• Oversee working capital management, including customer terms, aging, and inventory turns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
• Expertise in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with SAP, OneStream, Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing business environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coaching and influencing in a matrixed environment.
