What you will do

• Partner with federal sales leadership on quarterly and annual capture planning and deal structuring.
• Manage contract vehicle strategies, including GSA, OTAs, IDIQs, and SBIR pathways.
• Build the operational backbone for proposal responses, covering intake, qualification, and compliance from RFI to RFP.
• Establish GTM metrics and dashboards to track solicitation responses and pipeline visibility.
• Manage relationships with external proposal and capture partners.
• Implement red-team/AAR processes to convert wins and losses into repeatable best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in federal business operations, capture management, or revenue strategy within defense tech or federal SaaS.
• Deep fluency in federal procurement, including working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal sales cycles.
• Strong analytical foundation for building models and running data-driven analysis.
• Proven track record of building capture programs from scratch in fast-moving environments.
• Must be based in Washington, DC, or willing to relocate.

• Possession of a security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
