What you will do

• Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to Government customers regarding the industrial base.
• Analyze advanced manufacturing and expeditionary repair project proposals to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and identify potential funding sources for leadership.
• Provide oversight of cost, schedule, and performance for contract awardees.
• Draft high-quality briefings, official correspondence, and analytical products.
• Represent Government interests in virtual and in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret is required).
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing or RDT&E.
• Experience in manufacturing production site facilitation or product lifecycle management.
• Direct hardware development or sustainment experience within a U.S. Military Service or industrial firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Nice to have

• Experience within the Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) or similar strategic staff environments.
• Knowledge of the DoW acquisition lifecycle and PPBE process.
• PMP or Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
