Location: Hybrid in Somerville, MA (must be in office 3+ days per week)

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with customers to architect and implement solutions tailored to their specific operational challenges and success criteria.
• Develop, configure, and deploy hirify.global solutions side-by-side with customers and partners.
• Manage the delivery of enterprise-level projects from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships across customer organizations, from shop floor operators to C-suite executives.
• Provide technical support and diagnose issues for complex OT/IT system integrations.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and patterns with internal Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations technology (OT), or a related field.
• Experience with MES, ERP, or similar industrial systems, including architecting and implementation.
• Proven expertise in system and device integration within the manufacturing industry.
• Track record of leading Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
• Strong project management and communication skills for managing enterprise-level engagements.
• BS in Engineering or similar field; must be able to travel up to 25% within North America.
