What you will do

• Service Fleet accounts via inbound, outbound, and email channels to ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Perform account maintenance for complex, high-exposure accounts to support customer retention.
• Collaborate with internal departments, dealers, and external vendors to provide exceptional customer service.
• Research, develop, and implement new departmental processes and efficiency enhancements.
• Utilize collection tools and ensure all activities align with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and lead special assignments or research efforts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automotive servicing systems and the fleet/commercial auto finance industry.
• Familiarity with state and federal laws, including FDCPA and SCRA.
• Unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship.
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily research, summarization, and workflow efficiency.
