What you will do

• Own end-to-end financial controllership activities for AMER entities.
• Review and prepare monthly financial closing activities in collaboration with shared services.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage statutory financial audits and regulatory filings.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide accounting advisory for new product launches.
• Drive controllership improvement initiatives using AI tools for automation and process standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting acumen.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Proven track record in financial controlling and scaling operations.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Big Four experience.
• CPA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Pigment FP&A, and Looker.
