What you will do

• Develop and validate ATE test flows, methods, and programs.
• Perform RMA diagnosis to identify failing circuits using characterization test programs.
• Drive the development and deployment of innovative structural and functional test methodologies.
• Support chip qualification through failure verification and specification searches.
• Conduct electrical and thermal root-cause analysis for ATE challenges.
• Test parts and present detailed reports to drive cross-functional discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in ATE test development.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest or Teradyne tester platforms (SmarTest8 is a plus).
• Ability to independently develop complex test flows for performance and power consumption specifications.
• Experience with extreme temperature testing of ASICs at ATE.
• Proficiency in data analysis software/languages and programming for test method development.
