What you will do

• Drive technical leadership from development through production to ensure robust and scalable productization.
• Serve as the primary technical stakeholder during NPI, guiding characterization, debug, and qualification processes.
• Align and influence cross-functional engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems and reach full-closure solutions.
• Define and defend product quality, reliability, performance, and cost targets based on system-level data.
• Lead technical risk assessments and tradeoff discussions across engineering, operations, and management.
• Represent Product Engineering in internal leadership forums and external customer interactions.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the end-to-end semiconductor product lifecycle and scalable productization.
• Expertise in structured problem solving and Root Cause Analysis within silicon and manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience using ATE for silicon characterization and debug, with a strong preference for 93K.
• Solid foundation in applied statistics for product characterization and yield improvement.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as JMP and SiliconDash.
• Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, CS or related field with 10+ years of experience, or Master's/PhD with 5+ years of experience.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.
