What you will do

• Define test plans and roadmaps with key customers based on tool capabilities and resources.
• Develop test content for parametric (ETest), cache (array), or Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) test programs.
• Coordinate and validate results for new products through Test operations.
• Document and validate changes to existing test programs and modify conditions for engineering requests.
• Collaborate with Tester Module engineers to improve tool performance and operations.
• Debug unexpected test results on silicon.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon, US.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; OR MS in the same fields with 3+ years of experience in product development engineering.
• Experience with electrical measurements or circuit analysis.
• Experience with device design, characterization, or instrumentation.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Unix, C/C++, or Python.
