Salary: $120,200 - $177,820 per annum

What you will do

• Define test plans and design complex, high-performance ATE hardware.
• Implement test programs for production and characterization.
• Own NPI activities including new silicon bring-up and sampling test program releases.
• Release qualification, characterization, and production test programs.
• Optimize test time and yield to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, program management, and QA teams to drive projects forward.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
• Strong foundation in Design For Test (DFT) and mixed signal ATE principles.
• Experience testing high-speed interfaces (NRZ/PAM).

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with Advantest 93k or Teradyne UFLEX platforms.
