Salary: $120,200 - $177,820 per annum

What you will do
- Define test plans and design complex, high-performance ATE hardware.
- Implement test programs for production and characterization.
- Own NPI activities including new silicon bring-up and sampling test program releases.
- Release qualification, characterization, and production test programs.
- Optimize test time and yield to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, program management, and QA teams to drive projects forward.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
- Strong foundation in Design For Test (DFT) and mixed signal ATE principles.
- Experience testing high-speed interfaces (NRZ/PAM).
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience with Advantest 93k or Teradyne UFLEX platforms.
