What you will do

• Represent the Product Support Group as a core team member for existing and new product lifecycles.
• Collaborate with field and engineering teams to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Lead installation and serviceability discussions during design reviews to ensure product reliability.
• Develop Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) strategies and manage field upgrade projects.
• Create technical support documentation and training materials for field service engineers.
• Monitor system reliability and generate performance reports based on field data.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE) or Electromechanical field.
• 8-15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Detailed understanding of mechanical design drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
