What you will do

• Own the end-to-end field marketing strategy, including event selection, audience targeting, and pipeline reporting.
• Execute traditional field events like customer dinners and roadshows while testing unconventional activations like job site visits.
• Manage and expand relationships with regional travel organizations and DMOs to build a repeatable pipeline hirify.global.
• Partner closely with sales leadership to align event mix with territory priorities and ensure effective follow-up.
• Lead and develop a team of two while remaining a hands-on contributor for program execution.
• Analyze event performance using Salesforce and BI tools to optimize conversion and scale successful programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
• 1+ years of experience managing a team or operating as a player-coach.
• Proven track record of owning a calendar, hitting pipeline targets, and building scalable programs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and BI tools for pipeline analysis and reporting.
• Experience integrating AI tools like Claude or GPT into marketing workflows.
