What you will do

• Lead executive legal strategy for high-value, complex multi-year software and infrastructure commitments.
• Design and scale global commercial contract templates and vendor procurement frameworks.
• Navigate novel legal challenges at the intersection of parallel computing and real-time data processing.
• Ensure commercial terms align with global regulatory landscapes including the EU AI Act and GDPR.
• Recruit and mentor a geographically distributed team of commercial counsel and legal specialists.
• Implement AI-driven legal operations and contract intelligence tools to reduce deal cycle times.

Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience combining top-tier law firm training with in-house leadership at a hyper-growth SaaS or AI infrastructure company.
• Exceptional background in drafting and negotiating complex software licenses and cloud infrastructure agreements.
• Strong technical fluency in modern AI stacks, data storage architectures, and GPU-accelerated environments.
• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
• Proven ability to make pragmatic business decisions in ambiguous, evolving regulatory environments.
