What you will do

• Lead the selection, configuration, and adoption of core legal systems including CLM, e-discovery, and e-billing.
• Oversee the responsible adoption of AI across legal workflows, including governance and impact measurement.
• Manage outside counsel spend, vendor onboarding, billing compliance, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate the LGA budget, forecasting, and accruals while ensuring cost predictability.
• Develop operational metrics and OKRs to track team health and business impact using data from systems like Asana, Ironclad, and Salesforce.
• Build and lead a high-performing legal operations team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• 10+ years in legal operations at fast-paced high-growth technology, cloud, or infrastructure companies.
• Proven track record of scaling legal operations teams and managing a comprehensive legal tech stack.
• Experience with outside-counsel billing platforms, vendor management, and budget coordination.
• Ability to build scalable processes, self-service frameworks, and risk-tiered approval models.
• Strong capability in translating strategic priorities into measurable initiatives and executive-level narratives.
• Must be a U.S. person for export control compliance.
