Legal Operations Manager (AI Robotics)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base salary: $157,600–$214,840 per year, plus 20% bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and scale legal operations across hirify.global and other portfolio projects.
• Manage contract lifecycle management, commercial contracting workflows, playbooks, templates, approval processes, and self-service resources.
• Identify and implement AI-powered tools and automation to streamline legal workflows and reduce manual work.
• Integrate legal technology platforms with business systems using APIs, structured data, and automation.
• Partner with legal, finance, business development, revenue, marketing, and compliance stakeholders across multiple organizations.
• Manage legal vendors, outside counsel, budgets, billing, reporting, knowledge management, and operational process improvement.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing legal operations, preferably in a technology company, startup, or high-growth environment.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, commercial contracting workflows, and legal technology platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, improving operational processes, and implementing scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities across multiple teams with sound judgment and discretion.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered tools, automation platforms, or emerging legal technologies.
• Experience with Ironclad or similar contract lifecycle management platforms.
• Experience with API integration, including JSON and YAML responses and automation scripts or platforms.
• Experience supporting attorneys with contract interpretation, negotiation, review, and document organization.
• Experience supporting legal operations across multiple business units, subsidiaries, or shared-services environments.
