Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (must be in office at least 8 days per month)

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for a cutting-edge legal AI platform.
- Lead technical initiatives and contribute to software architecture decisions.
- Develop and optimize APIs, relational databases, and complex system integrations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to define requirements and specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Leverage AI tools and best practices to improve development efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Strong software development and engineering background with experience in modern programming languages.
- Proficiency in designing APIs and working with relational databases.
- Experience with testing methodologies and operating in Agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Berlin office for hybrid work.
- Ability to attend in-person interviews at the office.
