Senior Solutions Architect (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and validation for hirify.global’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
• Own technical evaluations, including solution design, proofs of concept and value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
• Partner with Account Executives and regional sales teams across Central EMEA on customer acquisition and expansion strategies.
• Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding customers through hirify.global adoption and digital transformation.
• Advise on modern software development, CI/CD, security, cloud practices, and operational improvements.
• Share customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations.
• Experience leading proofs of concept or value, tenders, audits, workshops, or value stream assessments.
• Clear technical communication, presentation, relationship-building, and customer advocacy skills.
