What you will do
- Ensure delivery readiness of new projects, including sales handoff and talent onboarding.
- Act as the primary owner for identifying and managing project-level risks across the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain RAID logs and oversee project financials, including revenue, margin, and forecasting.
- Serve as the immediate escalation point for complex roadblocks to ensure project health.
- Onboard Project Managers and ensure adherence to the Project Delivery Methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-project portfolios.
- PMP certification is required.
- Must be based in Canada.
- English: Professional proficiency required for all communication.
- Strong skills in virtual collaboration and stakeholder coordination.
