What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-project programme, from initiation to close-out.
• Manage the programme budget, ensuring financial transparency, cost control, and consolidated reporting to HQ.
• Act as the primary interface between UK-based delivery teams and German HQ leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, regulators, and external partners.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, aligning priorities and resources without direct disciplinary authority.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, risk management frameworks, and reporting cadences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in project, programme, or delivery management.
• 5+ years in a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager role managing parallel workstreams.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale programmes involving technical, operational, and regulatory domains.
• Strong background in matrix organizations and leading teams through influence.
• Hands-on experience with multi-million budget ownership and financial forecasting.
• Must be based in the UK and able to travel for professional purposes.

Nice to have

• Formal certifications such as MSP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Experience with hybrid delivery models (waterfall + agile).
