What you will do

• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve corporate program objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans in collaboration with project managers.
• Monitor program progress, financial health, and alignment with strategic business goals.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Report progress, business impacts, and strategies to executive sponsors and steering committees.
• Manage vendor relationships and execute strategies related to service and asset contracts.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen.
• 7-10 years of experience in project management or delivering IT-based business solutions.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong ability to manage matrixed groups of employees and contractors.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree in Technology Management.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
