GTM Partnerships Manager, SME & Growth (Fintech)

What you will do

• Acquire and manage ambassadors and strategic partners across ecommerce, corporate secretary, and startup segments.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, meetings, contracting, integrations, onboarding, and activation.
• Drive revenue targets through referrals generated by partner relationships.
• Coordinate with legal, strategy, operations, and finance teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
• Maintain partner engagement and develop long-term relationships.
• Propose initiatives to strengthen the partner network.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong negotiation, partnership proposal development, analytical, written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
• Experience with tools such as Excel and Salesforce.
• Existing relationships or a strong network with referral partners in ecommerce, corporate secretary, or startup sectors.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Experience in strategy and operations, technology, or a fast-growing startup.
• Chinese language skills.
