What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for the commercial team regarding client requirements and operational deal structuring.
- Collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to facilitate market expansion.
- Standardize and provide tools and information for the sales team.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the sales process.
- Manage new client needs and commercial opportunities across various departments.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Operations in Payments or Fintech.
- Strong analytical skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is preferred.
- Technical knowledge is a plus.
