Manager, Fulfilment (Business Development)

What you will do

• Drive topline growth and achieve fulfilment sales targets through internal and external leads.
• Engage clients to understand fulfilment requirements and coordinate tailored solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Plan and implement sales, marketing, and product development programs for existing and prospective customers.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, cross-sell fulfilment products, and develop new customer wins.
• Prepare customer presentations and coordinate contract negotiations with clients and the legal team.
• Analyze market insights and identify new fulfilment business opportunities while reporting sales activities to management.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or account management.
• Experience in the eCommerce logistics market.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic, innovative, and creative approach.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
