What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion across APAC
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and budgets through sustainable growth
- Identify and convert new business opportunities, managing RFIs, tenders, and procurement
- Build relationships with hospital, EMS, and healthcare stakeholders
- Partner with regional sales teams and distributors for market penetration
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and support product positioning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medical, business, or scientific discipline (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years in sales or business development in healthcare or medical devices
- Experience in hospital/EMS or capital equipment highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of regional procurement and tender processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with organizational and analytical abilities
