Business Development - Equity Capital Markets (Tokenized Equity)

What you will do

• Build and originate tokenized equity capital markets products from the ground up.
• Source opportunities and engage issuers, companies, investment banks, exchanges, partners, and distribution platforms.
• Own external relationships and serve as the primary counterpart for issuers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, structure deal terms, and manage opportunities from lead through execution.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, and partner-facing materials to win mandates.
• Coordinate diligence, documentation, closing, market monitoring, and internal execution with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development, equity capital markets origination, coverage, relationship management, investment banking, or capital raising.
• Established VC/PE, investment banking, issuer, and institutional relationships with the ability to originate opportunities independently.
• Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals or mandates.
• Strong understanding of equity capital markets and capital-raising transactions, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for representing the firm to senior external counterparts.
• Familiarity with digital assets or tokenization, or a clear interest in bringing equity capital markets on-chain.
