What you will do

• Support the execution of live and virtual training sessions by managing calendars, scheduling workshops, and tracking participant RSVPs.
• Act as a key administrator for the Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) learning platform, managing user paths and tracking completions.
• Maintain and organize digital toolkits, manager guidebooks, and program resources for HRBPs and managers.
• Pull, clean, and format data reports using Excel or Google Sheets to track employee participation and training metrics.
• Coordinate logistics for global talent programs, ensuring all materials are prepared and shared effectively.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Canada or able to work from this location.
• Direct experience with Learning Management Systems, specifically Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive organizational and talent data with total discretion.
