What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers on workforce needs and candidate selection.
• Enhance employer branding and recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Analyze and report on talent, compensation, and DEI metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Administer total rewards programs, including salary benchmarking and pay equity analysis.
• Design and implement learning and development programs for employees and managers.
• Support the execution of DEI strategies and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive HR function in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in talent acquisition, L&D, organization design, or total rewards.
• Degree or certification in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of employment standards and laws in BC and Alberta.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
