What you will do

• Own the end-to-end project plan, timeline, and stakeholder communication for the HRIS rollout.
• Lead data migration, including mapping, cleansing, and validating people data from legacy systems into BambooHR.
• Configure BambooHR for global operations and integrate it with EOR/global payroll partners such as Deel, Papaya, or Remote.
• Source, evaluate, and implement a separate compensation management platform to support pay bands and equity tracking.
• Design and validate integrations across the tool stack, including Carta, Lattice, and HREasily.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver comprehensive training and documentation for internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading full-cycle HRIS implementations and system migrations.
• Hands-on expertise in HR data migration and cleansing with a high bar for accuracy.
• Experience configuring HRIS for multi-country operations and managing jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Demonstrated experience designing and troubleshooting system integrations (APIs, middleware, data flows).
• Must be based in or work within US time zones.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle sensitive personnel data with absolute confidentiality.
