What you will do

• Maintain HR management systems and generate updated personnel reports based on employee changes.
• Facilitate the signing and electronic archiving of labor contracts and various agreements.
• Prepare and compile documentation for company subsidy applications.
• Manage social security and housing fund enrollment and termination processes.
• Support general HR administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or English.
• Availability to work at least 4 days per week for a minimum 3-month internship.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, proactiveness, and effective communication skills.
