What you will do

• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs across classroom, virtual, and eLearning formats.
• Administer and configure learning management systems, including course setup, enrollment, and completion tracking.
• Build and maintain learning metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor effectiveness and business impact.
• Partner cross-functional stakeholders in Operations, Sales, Finance, and Legal to execute learning initiatives.
• Create and maintain training documentation, job aids, and standard work to ensure consistency.
• Research and implement new training tools and delivery methods to improve the learner experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience with learning management systems and developing learning metrics.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring LMS platforms.
• Proven ability to build and communicate KPIs across multiple disciplines.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or CPTD.
• Experience with UKG or similar HR platforms.
• Background in healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences.
• Proficiency with content development tools like Articulate or Camtasia.
