What you will do

• Partner with C-suite and executive leaders in G&A, GTM, and Clinical teams to shape organizational strategy and team structure.
• Evolve and scale the organization through strategic hiring, leadership development, and organizational change management.
• Coach senior leaders on performance, feedback, and building elite teams.
• Drive organizational clarity around goals, performance expectations, and accountability.
• Diagnose organizational challenges and implement rapid, effective solutions to reduce friction during scaling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in HR business partnering.
• Experience supporting G&A, GTM (Sales, Marketing, Growth), or Clinical/Healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record in high-growth technology or health-tech companies.
• Ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior leaders in ambiguous, rapid-change environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
