Gilead Sciences is looking for a Director, Human Resources Business Partner to support its Commercial organization across the Middle East, Russia, and Türkiye. This senior HR leadership role partners directly with executive business leaders to shape workforce strategy, organizational design, talent, and business transformation across the region.

What you’ll be doing:
— Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior commercial leadership across the region
— Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
— Develop and implement workforce strategies that drive business performance and organizational effectiveness
— Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Global Mobility on attracting and retaining key talent
— Drive succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and talent reviews
— Coach senior leaders and support high-performing, inclusive teams
— Deliver enterprise HR programs and advise on complex employee relations and organizational matters
— Collaborate with regional and global HR Centers of Excellence and Shared Services

What they’re looking for:
— Significant experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in a complex international organization
— Background in life sciences, healthcare, or biotech is strongly preferred
— Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategy
— Experience influencing senior executives and leading organizational transformation
— Proven leadership in talent development, coaching, and succession planning
— Deep understanding of employment law, employee relations, and Works Council/Union environments
— Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
— Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
