What you will do

• Facilitate leadership development programs for emerging leaders, people managers, and high-potential talent.
• Own the execution and continuous improvement of new employee onboarding experiences across the U.S. and EMEA.
• Design and develop asynchronous training content, facilitator guides, and learning resources.
• Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to align learning programs with organizational needs.
• Manage ERG program operations, providing resources and coordination for ERG leaders.
• Track participation and program effectiveness metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.
• Proven experience in facilitating learning experiences in both virtual and in-person environments.
• Strong background in designing and developing learning content and leadership development programs.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to shape and enhance learning experiences.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established timelines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of adult learning theory and learning experience design principles.
• Familiarity with LXP platforms, compliance training tools, or vendor-managed learning solutions.
