Salary: $149,184 - $272,872

What you will do

• Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
• Develop pursuit and capture strategies for major conveyance programs.
• Mentor and develop junior engineering staff to build the next generation of infrastructure leaders.
• Serve as a technical reviewer and QA/QC resource for active conveyance projects.
• Coordinate with regional directors and business leaders to align technical strategy with client needs.
• Represent the company at national and regional conferences and industry committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 11 years of related work experience.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business.
