What you will do

• Review bid packages and technical requirements to formulate project quotations.
• Collaborate with outside sales teams to develop effective bidding strategies.
• Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to vendors and manage project deadlines.
• Prepare and submit final proposals with all necessary documentation.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and identify opportunities for product substitution.
• Utilize digital tools to promote products and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or project management.
• Experience in electrical distribution, lighting, or controls industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel, and PDF editing tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
