What you will do

• Configure and structure quotes in Salesforce CPQ in collaboration with sales representatives.
• Translate sales and marketing requests into viable quote structures within policy and system parameters.
• Provide consultative guidance on CPQ system capabilities and suggest alternative solutions.
• Manage specialized configurations including payment ramping, complex discounts, and custom billing schedules.
• Collaborate with data quality and IT teams to optimize contract structures and improve the buying experience.
• Coordinate quotes through internal teams from initial request to final order review.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing, IT services, or construction.
