Compensation: $153k – $180k + Equity

What you will do

• Drive the growth card funnel end-to-end to scale user acquisition.
• Analyze data using SQL to identify investment areas, including SEO/AEO and new product features.
• Design and execute an ambitious testing agenda to move key acquisition metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to rapidly ship new features and experiences.
• Partner with credit and marketing teams to launch new acquisition channels and underwriting policies.
• Manage high-priority initiatives across the card business, from customer management to emerging priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• 3-4+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Economics).
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python, Amplitude, or Tableau is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to work independently within ambiguous environments.
