What you will do

• Develop and execute the payments roadmap to unify processors and banking partners into a scalable orchestration platform.
• Lead the evolution of the in-house payment orchestrator, including intelligent routing and fallback logic.
• Analyze payment metrics using SQL to drive improvements in conversion and authorization rates.
• Design and launch new payment methods including cards, wallets, ACH, and stablecoins.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to automate reconciliation and settlement.
• Manage relationships with external payment processors, card networks, and banking partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management focusing on payments, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Technical fluency with API-based solutions and the ability to write SQL queries.
• Deep knowledge of payment orchestration, PSPs, authorization/settlement flows, and tokenization.
• Proven track record of managing performance metrics like GMV and processing costs.
• Experience with alternative rails (ACH, BNPL, wallets, stablecoins) is a strong plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a bias for action.
