What you will do

• Coordinate the outsourcing of calibration services to qualified approved vendors.
• Identify and source vendors capable of meeting customer requirements regarding quality, cost, and turnaround time.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to provide updates and resolve service issues.
• Track outsourced work orders to ensure projects progress according to established timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR export control regulations.
• 1-5 years of relative customer or vendor support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Clean driving record, successful background check, and drug screen.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week at the Marietta, GA facility.
