What you will do

• Provide exceptional customer service for service-related inquiries.
• Coordinate parts ordering, inventory replenishment, and stock transfers.
• Process and manage Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs).
• Perform inventory reconciliation across Amdocs, FedEx, and JDE systems.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and integrity issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Planning, Warehouse, Shipping, and Field Service.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School Degree required; College degree is a plus.
• 2-4 years of relevant on-the-job experience.
• Proficiency in common computer applications and Microsoft Products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amdocs and Oracle (JDE) systems.
• Background in service work orders or cinema-related industries.
• Experience sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing.
