Salary: $50–$57 per hour

What you will do
- Plan, execute, and report on assay development and validation studies under design control quality systems.
- Prepare and characterize clinical samples including whole blood, plasma, and cfDNA.
- Perform independent experimentation including reagent preparation and QC for NGS assays.
- Write study plans, execution protocols, research reports, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Process laboratory specimens using advanced LIMS techniques and database queries.
- Maintain detailed laboratory notebooks and communicate findings in team meetings.
Requirements
- Education: B.S. with 2-5 years, M.S. with 2+ years, or Ph.D. with 0-2 years of industry experience.
- Proven industrial experience with NGS-based assays and protocols.
- Extensive hands-on experience with nucleic acid and DNA/RNA molecular biology techniques.
- Experience with high-throughput sample processing and automated liquid handling in a CLIA environment.
- Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment with meticulous attention to detail.
