Intern - Kite Research - Cell Biology (CAR-T)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid work at the designated site is required, and relocation may be required.

Salary: $19.00–$55.00 per hour.

hirify.global is a biopharmaceutical company developing CAR and T-cell receptor engineered cell therapies for cancer immunotherapy.

What you will do

• Perform CAR-T cell manufacturing.
• Test engineered constructs in vitro.
• Analyze and present research data.
• Support the team flexibly as project needs change.
• Prepare and deliver a final PowerPoint presentation near the end of the internship.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the internship.
• Must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor's, master's, MBA, JD, or PhD program at an accredited U.S. college or university and remain enrolled full-time in the following fall semester.
• Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
• Must independently have authorization to work in the United States now and in the future without school or employer sponsorship.
• Must commit to a full-time, 10–12-week internship between May and August and work at the designated site; fully remote work is not offered.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate, graduate, PhD, or PharmD degree qualification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds.
