What you will do

• Oversee inbound and outbound transportation across ocean, air, road, and rail modes.
• Manage regional distribution centres and e-commerce fulfilment, ensuring scalability during peak Q3-Q4 toy surges.
• Lead relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery to major retailers.
• Own the EMEA logistics budget, identifying and delivering cost-saving initiatives without compromising service.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and ESG standards.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a geographically dispersed team across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
• Proven leadership of multi-country logistics operations across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
• Strong experience managing 3PLs and complex distribution networks.
• Deep knowledge of international transportation and trade compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Slough, England.
