What you will do

• Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve inventory issues using warehouse management systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stock-related enquiries.
• Manage order allocations, stock transfers, disposals, and sample requests.
• Conduct regular stock checks and warehouse-based investigations to ensure accuracy.
• Produce and maintain stock reports, tracking trends in discrepancies and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Transport teams to support operational excellence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse administration.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in an office environment and within warehouse freezer conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with stock auditing and inventory reconciliation.
