Productivity Lead (Logistics): Driving operational excellence and process optimization across logistics and supplier workflows with an accent on data-driven performance analysis and change management. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Guildford, Milton Keynes, or Manchester. Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Salary: £52,800 – £61,400 (depending on location).

What you will do
- Lead multiple productivity, quality, and efficiency initiatives across operational and logistics workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction through data analysis and time-and-motion studies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to design, test, and embed practical solutions.
- Establish performance baselines, track KPIs, and report on progress and ROI.
- Support resource planning by reviewing task allocation and workforce utilization.
- Act as a central point for triaging and prioritizing departmental change requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience improving productivity, workflow, or process performance in logistics, operations, or supply chain environments.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and service providers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into clear, actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management approaches.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Hands-on mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
