What you will do

• Partner with clients to gather requirements and build tailored program plans for annual survey cycles.
• Lead platform setup, configuration, and administrator training to ensure independent platform use.
• Manage end-to-end execution of survey programs, from launch through reporting and analysis.
• Present survey results to senior client audiences via webinars or in-person sessions.
• Develop and manage detailed program timelines for multiple concurrent client cycles.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless delivery and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the US
• 2 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, survey delivery, project management, or client onboarding.
• Demonstrated ability to present data and results confidently to executive audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management software such as Salesforce, Asana, and Smartsheet.
• Strong consultative communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required.
