Project Manager, PMO (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina; must be based in Buenos Aires and available to work onsite at the CABA office two days per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for cross-functional company initiatives.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables while minimizing scope creep.
• Create and maintain project timelines, manage project-level risks, and remove roadblocks.
• Establish communication channels and report project status to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Coordinate project closeouts and document lessons learned to drive improvements.
• Support PMO leadership in developing and rolling out PMO processes, templates, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related cross-functional role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt methods to business needs.
• Experience with project management software such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate project updates to varied stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires.
• Must be available to work onsite in the CABA office two days per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
