Project Manager, PMO (SaaS): Leading strategic cross-functional initiatives from ideation to launch to ensure organizational alignment and results with an accent on standardized project planning and stakeholder coordination. Focus on mitigating project-level risks, optimizing PMO methodologies, and building scalable execution playbooks.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina (On-site 2 days a week: Tuesdays and Thursdays)

What you will do

• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for cross-functional initiatives.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables while preventing scope creep.
• Create and maintain project timelines and proactively mitigate risks.
• Establish communication channels to report project status to executive leadership.
• Document lessons learned upon project closeout to drive actionable improvements.
• Support the rollout of PMO processes, templates, and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related cross-functional role.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Experience with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires.
• Availability to work on-site in CABA two days a week.
