Salary: $145,000–$260,000 per year

What you will do

• Define the end-to-end product vision for a comprehensive digital mortgage experience.
• Lead the design and execution of native capabilities for home affordability analysis and loan comparisons.
• Manage vendor partnerships to develop high-fidelity data capture and verification tools.
• Build seamless digital pathways to shift user behavior from browsing to active mortgage applications.
• Partner with Engineering and Design leads to ensure technical quality and effective sequencing of features.
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights to iterate on the roadmap across B2C and B2B dimensions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Time hours.
• Proven experience building engaging consumer experiences, ideally involving complex financial flows.
• Experience transitioning marketplace products from lead-generation models to data-validated transactional platforms.
• Ability to work with APIs, underwriting engines, and mortgage technologies.
• Track record of driving measurable outcomes in conversion optimization and revenue-impacting data products.
• Strong cross-functional influence and ability to manage complex, parallel workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or fintech with a deep understanding of the mortgage lifecycle.
• Prior experience mentoring or managing direct reports.
