Salary: $201,000 – $231,000

What you will do
- Define customer segmentation and targeting strategies using deep behavioral and attitudinal data.
- Develop clear product and company positioning to differentiate offerings in the competitive fintech landscape.
- Craft compelling value propositions and narratives that remain consistent across the entire user funnel.
- Partner with Product, Research, and Analytics to lead 0→1 go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Establish scalable product marketing processes, including insights gathering, decision-making frameworks, and launch support.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and category shifts to ensure long-term product differentiation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in consumer-facing products.
- Required: B2C fintech product marketing experience.
- Proven strength in segmentation, positioning, and value proposition development.
- Strong data fluency with experience partnering closely with Analytics and Research teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable direction.
- Track record of influencing senior leadership in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
